Step 1

Our local growers use gentle methods to hand-pick our fragrant Sorrento lemons.
Step 2

We carefully peel the lemons to remove their zesty skins.
Step 3

The lemon peels are placed in distilled alcohol maceration, which is infused with their refreshingly citric flavour.
Step 4

Finally, we blend the lemon peel infusion with a filtered syrup of sugar and water.

Put a fresh twist on your spritz.

Ingredients

A handful of large ice cubes
3.5 oz Prosecco
1.5 oz Villa Massa Limoncello
1.5 oz soda water
Two lemon slices and two basil leaves

How to prepare

Put the ice cubes into a wine glass.
Pour in the Prosecco and Villa Massa Limoncello.
Top up with soda water.
Finish with lemon and basil.
